job description:
The Jobholder (d/f/m) works as Training Services Manager within our Satair Customer Care division. The main responsibility is delivering Material Management Seminars to: Airline and MRO customers with the focus on spares management topics. In addition, upskilling of Airbus and Satair colleagues to provide knowledge and insights how to deliver customer service excellency is a essential part of the work scope.
- Contribution to end-to-end promotion, marketing, preparation, organization and delivery of Material Management Seminars to Airline and MRO customers as well as Satair and Airbus colleagues
- Supporting the Training Services Team in updating training material
- Supports with marketing-related activities with the Satair Marketing and Training Services teams
- Administration and event management support for the Training Services Department as per respective event task list
- Hosting customer events worldwide to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Training administration support with customer visits (hotel, transport, catering, room booking, invitation letters)
- Customer Liaison to follow up on training requests and queries in coordination with the Training Services Manager
- Takeing care of global training generic email inbox (read and answer customer queries, distribute and redistribute tasks)
- Conducting worldwide internal and external training to customers and colleagues as hostand trainer including work package management such as preparation and administration of events
personal requirements:
- Excellent communication skills to interact successfully and appropriately with people in a multicultural work environment
- Ability to apply agile or blended learning methods and impart knowledge
- Willingness to travel is essential (at least 5 times per year, worldwide)
education / studies:
- Communication Sciences (at least a Bachelor's degree) or
- Business Administration (at least a Bachelor's degree) or
- Economics (at least a Bachelor's degree)
professional experience:
- Customer service (at least 3 years)
- Project management (at least 1 year)
- Event and communications management
IT:
knowledge:
- Change Management at least good knowledge
- Ability to impart knowledge to people
- Digital skills
language skills:
- At least fluent in English
- French and German are an advantage
