For our customer in the aerospace industry we are looking for a suitable candidate for the location Stade , Germany starting as soon as possible for the following position:
HR Business Partner (w/m/d) Ref.2021_339
Your responsibilities:
- Advising the business on all people related matters
- Provide and manage HR services to a particular organization unit, in partnership with the business
- Drive the execution of business HR plans and support on the release and reading of HR metrics &
reports to the management
- Cascade and apply HR policy, Ethics & Compliance standards & national labour regulations
towards the management
- Ensure coherency and harmonization within the implementation of the compensation and benefits,
training, recruitment policies in coordination with the management and according to business
objectives
- Support and encourage the development of all employees
- Ensure appropriate consequential management when needed
Your skills:
- At least a bachelor's degree in psychology, social sciences, business administration or economics
- At least 2 years of working experience as HR business partner or at least over 3 years human resource is required
- Experience in the areas of labor law, personnel development and compensation is an advantage
- Very good communication skills
- Independent, careful and conscientious way of working
- High level of integrity and awareness of potential compliance risks
- High level of service and customer orientation in order to meet the needs of various stakeholders
- At least kowleadge of detail special functions in MS-Office, SAP a least knowledge of detailed functions and Knowledge of workday is desirable
- At least fluent knowledge in German and at least proficient in English
