job description:
Perform the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the respective department timely and efficiently, thereby contributing to a successful team performance and the achievement of objectives.
Accountabilities:
- Administrative Coordination of Maintenance Organisation Approvals:
- Management of application packages
- Dispatch of certificates and update of the IT tool in use for organisation approvals
- Management of functional mailboxes of the MOA Section:
- Administrative support to the MOA Section
- Approvals publication on EASA website
- Drafting of letters related to audit findings transmission and negative decisions for suspension/limitations of approvals
- Workshop organisation
