Project Manager Business Partner for the SA Ramp Up (d/f/m) Ref. 10321594
job description:
- Support of the setup phase of projects, with the creation of project charter (timeline, project objectives and goals)
- Definition of requirements and assumptions with several stakeholders as well as definition of work breakdown structures, organizational breakdown structures
- Creation and monitoring of project schedules as well as drumbeating of the project related work streams
- Stakeholder management for constant alignment of different functions and departments
- Ensuring that the requirements from the different project stakeholders are correctly translated into deliverables, are understood and well tracked through the project
- Risk & opportunity management highlighting possible risks in the project and implementing every idea that can be an opportunity for the company
personal requirements:
- The ability to quickly identify and analyze relationships and functionalities.
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented work to achieve goals on time and coordinate workflows efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to work with contacts at all levels.
education / studies:
- Engineering (at least a Bachelor's degree) or
- Aerospace (at least a Bachelor's degree) or
- Industrial Engineering (at least a Bachelor's degree) or
- Business Administration (at least a Bachelor's degree)
professional experience:
- Manufacturing/production experience (at least 1 year)
- Project management experience (at least 3 years)
IT:
- Google Workspace (especially Slides and Sheets)
knowledge:
- Planisware is an advantage
- Knowledge of the Waterfall method or Airbus LBIP (Lifecycle for Business Improvement Projects)
language skills:
- At least fluent in English
- German and French are an advantage
