Inside Sales Coordinator

  • Manage the CRM 365 implementation for IPG-UK, liaise with IPG Photonics teams in Germany and the US, provide CRM training for UK staff and ensure adequate CRM procedures and training materials are in place.
  • Manage incoming customer purchase orders by CRM 365 and MS Navision, filter enquiries, assign leads and raise inter-company purchase orders as required.
  • Generate Quotations through CRM using pre-loaded pricing data and other tools.
  • Manage the Contract Review process in accordance with ISO9001:2015, ensure sales order acknowledgements are sent in a timely manner and T&Cs are agreed upon.
  • Act as a hub for customer communications and ensures sales delivery dates are met.
  • Oversee LightWELD opportunities as separate campaign, communicate with Sales Managers and Resellers and ensure opportunities for other Systems/Sources sales are exploited through LightWELD leads.
  • Take responsibility for low-growth/low-value repeat accounts.
  • Keep CRM data up-to-date, develop UK CRM Dashboards and attend regular Sales Task meetings, Forecast meetings, CRM sessions and other Customer related sessions.
  • Support Import/Export Compliance processes, provide other areas of administrative support and assist in the general support of the facility with tasks mutually agreed with Manager(s).
  • Confident, personable demeanor and strong communication skills in spoken and written English.
  • 4 GCSE´s/NVQ Level 4 qualifications or comparable.
  • Ideally 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing style environment.
  • Conversant with ERP/CRM systems, strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel).
  • Familiar with transaction processes (sales and purchase orders, quotations etc.).
  • Knowledge of international trade compliance processes are an additional benefit.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and excellent organisational skills.
