job description:
The jobholder (d/f/m) will work as Widebody ESI/MSI Programme Manager Support (ESI - Electrical System Installation, MSI - Mechanical System Installation).
- Supporting the lead and leading strategic, de-risking, competitive and improvement initiatives in line with the programme objectives
- Driving R&O (Risk and Opportunities) in projects
- Managing crisis by exception, including arbitration between programmes, line fit and in-service
- Driving late inflow root cause analysis on engineering activities
- Participate and support supplier Progress Review Meeting and steer-co to secure deliverables and performance
personal requirements:
- The ability to quickly identify and analyze relationships and functionalities
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented work to achieve goals on time and coordinate workflows efficiently
- Strong communication skills to work with contacts at all levels
education / studies:
- Civil Engineering (at least a Bachelor's degree) or
- Mechanical Engineering (at least a Bachelor's degree) or
- Industrial Engineering (at least a Bachelor's degree)
professional experience:
- Interface Management (at least 2 years)
- Supplier Management (at least 2 years)
- Manufacturing Engineering (at least 2 years)
- Project Management (at least 2 years)
- Process Improvement (at least 2 years)
IT:
- Google Workspace
knowledge:
- Risk management (at least good knowledge)
- Agile project methods are an advantage
- Knowledge of organizational management
- Knowledge of resource management
language skills:
- German (at least advanced)
- English (at least business fluent)
