job description:

- Managing the flow of materials to Airbus and search for solutions to solve the AOG (Aircraft on ground) situation
- Ensuring the accuracy of requirements submitted to suppliers and developing creative ideas to meet urgent needs
- Communicating demand to suppliers, placing and tracking orders, analyzing delivery delays and managing recovery plans
- Active participation in the definition and negotiation of logistics processes
- Monitoring the performance of the supply chain in day-to-day business as well as regular contact with suppliers
- Regular communication with internal customers about the progress of the order
- Part of the on-call service
personal requirements:
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented work in order to schedule appointments on time, coordinate workflows efficiently, and achieve goals on time
- Strong communication skills to work with contacts at all levels
- Confident and competent demeanor and quick comprehension
- Day shift with optional and voluntary on-call duty
education / studies:
- Engineering (at least a Bachelor's degree) or
- Technical studies (at least a Bachelor's degree) or
- Supply Chain/Logistics (at least a Bachelor's degree)
professional experience:
- Scheduling/Material Procurement (at least 2 years)
- Logistics (at least 2 years)
- Supply Chain (at least 2 years)
IT:
- SAP or at least in-depth application knowledge
- Google Workspace an advantage
language skills:
- German (at least basic)
- English (at least business fluent)
- Spanish and French skills are an advantage
