The jobholder (d/f/m) will work as a Business Method Engineer - Manufacturing Engineering he will be part of a team which is responsible for deploying, maintaining and supporting reliable, efficient and integrated production solutions to Operations.
- Manage the deployment of the Oustanding Work Management-method in all Airbus sites transnationally
- Contribute to the goal of arriving at 0 Out of sequence-Work by 2025
- Act as Business Operational or Business Product Owner-Support for our digital solutions: SIMBAL, EPIQA(AVL2), Tandem, ACPnG, eIntervention Card, Assistent Request, MyFOX
personal requirements:
- Independent, structured and results-oriented work in order to plan appointments on time, coordinate work processes efficiently and achieve goals on time
- Strong communication skills in order to work with contacts at all levels
- Confident and competent demeanor and a quick grasp of things
education / studies:
- Engineering at least Bachelor's degree or
- Technical studies at least Bachelor's degree or
- Industrial engineering at least Bachelor's degree
professional experience:
- IT / information systems at least 1 year
- Manufacturing engineering at least 4 years
- Process planning at least 4 years
IT:
- SAP at least detailed specialist knowledge
- Google Workspace
knowledges:
- Change management at least basic knowledge
- Lean management at least basic knowledge
- Project management at least minimal knowledge
- Risk management at least minimal knowledge
further knowledges:
- Spanish and French are an advantage
language skills:
- German at least business fluent
- English at least business fluent
