job description:
The jobholder (d/f/m) works as a A320 Family Change and Communication Manager and plays a critical role in facilitating organisational change by developing and implementing strategic communication plans that promote understanding, engagement, and acceptance of change initiatives. The person will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition during periods of change, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Change Management Strategy:
- Work collaboratively with other change management colleagues of all A320 Program functions, Operations and with HR and Communications colleagues, to design the most effective concept, storyline and change activities, implement them, measure their effect and adapt as necessary
- Secure aligned messages for the whole A320 community
- Represent and actively link the A320 Family Program transversally within the overall Airbus Culture and Change Management community (particularly across Programmes and Operations) through regular exchange, cross-fertilization, joint initiatives
Communication Planning:
- Create and implement communication plans to effectively convey the purpose, scope, and benefits of change initiatives to employees, clients, and other stakeholders
- Tailor communication strategies to address various audiences' needs and preferences
Internal Communication:
- Implement effective internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged
- Organise weblive meetings, regular updates, and other channels to foster a cohesive and well-informed workforce
Engagement and Advocacy:
- Foster a culture of engagement and advocacy for change by encouraging open dialogue, listening to feedback, and addressing concerns constructively
- Utilise various communication channels to create a two-way communication flow.
Crisis Communication:
- In collaboration with the Crisis Management team, develop and implement communication plans during times of crisis or unforeseen events that may impact the organisation
- Analyse data and generate insights to improve future change and communication strategies.

- Hands-on mentality to ensure proper project execution
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all level
- High level of creativity and innovative work
education / studies:
- Communication Sciences at least Bachelor's degree or
- International Management at least Bachelor's degree or
- Economics at least Bachelor's degree
professional experience:
- Change management at least 2 years
- Project management at least 2 years
- Public relations/communications management at least 2 years
- Agile project methodology an advantage
IT:
- Illustrator at least basic knowledge of use
- Photoshop at least basic knowledge of use
- Google Workspace
further qualifikations:
- Experience with video editing programs, e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro
- knowledge in the field of media and illustration

- German at least advanced
