Partner Sales Manager Automotive Solutions EMEA m/f

Recently SAP and proaxia signed agreements to accelerate the availability of an intelligent enterprise solution for automotive retail based on SAP S/4HANA® based on SAP DBM 8.1. The agreement includes co-innovation with SAP. proaxia will build and market a new vehicle sales and services solution based on the SAP® Dealer Business Management 8.1 application, which helps accelerate the transition from the SAP ERP application to SAP S/4HANA and safeguards the customer’s IT investments. The new solution will be named proaxia Vehicle Sales and Service (VSS) on SAP S/4HANA; it will include business functions from proaxia DBM|E and will provide additional innovation leveraging SAP Cloud Platform. proaxia plans to provide proaxia VSS® by Q1 2021 for pilot users, and is establishing a global partner network to ensure coverage and serve customers globally.

Responsibilities and tasks

  • Actively managing relations with our implementation and reselling partners partners (VAR's)
  • Monitoring programs and project results, adjusting according to stakeholders' priorities
  • Supporting analysis of high level business requirements and solution design
  • Engaging with business stakeholders by partnering with involved leads on customer side as well as with senior management within proaxia
  • Understanding strategic objectives, initiatives, pain points and needs for transforming processes
  • Providing mentorship and development support for peers
  • Supporting customers in identifying problems and developing strong customer relationship
  • Leading the acquisition process and identifying sales opportunities
  • Delivering quality data for Executive Management, analyzing and identifying of possible scenarios and market trends

Your profile

  • 10+ years of experience with complex project and program management of IT projects in international environment
  • Pro-active and self-driven, focused on delivering business value and getting things done in a collaborative and service oriented manner
  • Building consensus and alignment across different cultures
  • Ability to focus under pressure and coordinate on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Fluent English 
  • Deep knowhow of business engineering methods
  • Good business network in the automotive industry
