- Koordination und/oder Durchführung von Qualifikations- und Überwachungs-Audits innerhalb eines transversalen Teams von Auditoren, mit Fokus auf interne Aktivitäten an Airbus Helicopters Standorten in Deutschland, Frankreich und Spanien
- Abstimmung der Aktivität mit internen Qualitäts- und Produktionsabteilungen, der Supply Chain usw., Ansprechpartner für die gesamte Tätigkeit (KPIs, technische Besprechungen, Informationen usw.)
- Erstellung und Verwaltung von Checklisten für SP Audits
- Erstellung und Freigabe von Qualifikationsprogrammen und Qualifikationsberichten
- Durchführung von Special Process-Audits und Follow-up der damit verbundenen Aktionspläne
- Erstellung und Überwachung von Auditplanungen
- Unterstützung bei der Digitalisierung unseres Auditprozesses

- Coordination and/or execution of qualification and surveillance audits within a transversal team of auditors, in particular for internal activities (Airbus Helicopters sites in Germany, France and Spain)
- Communication with internal quality and production departments, supply chain, etc., as the focal point for the activity (KPIs, technical meetings, information, etc.)
- Writing and managing technical audit checklists
- Writing and release of qualification programmes and qualification reports
- Realization of special process technical audits and follow-up of the associated action plans
- Creation and monitoring of audit plannings
- Supporting the improvement of the audit process via digitisation

Vocational training:
- Three-year completed vocational training in metallic or organic materials and associated manufacturing processes with qualified further training as a technician and extended specialist experience
Berufserfahrung:
- Projektmanagement mind. über 2 Jahre
- Public Relations/ Kommunikationsmanagement mind. über 3 Jahre
- Qualitätsmanagement mind. über 3 Jahre
- Luftfahrtgesetzgebung
Work experience:
- Project management (at least 2 years)
- Public relations/communications management (at least 3 years)
- Quality management (at least 3 years)
- Aviation legislation
Qualifikationen:
- Luft- und Raumfahrt mind. Bachelor-Studiengang oder
- vergleichbare Studiengänge mit dem Fokus auf Materialwissenschaften oder ähnlichem Schwerpunkt
Qualifications:
- Aerospace (at least a Bachelor's degree) or
- comparable degree program with a focus on materials science or a similar area of specialization
Kenntnisse:
- Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Qualität/Audit von Vorteil
- Fähigkeit zur schnellen Anpassung an ein interkulturelles Umfeld
Knowledge:
- Initial experience in quality/audit is an advantage
- Ability to adapt quickly to an intercultural environment
Sprachkenntnisse:
- Deutsch mind. versiert
- Englisch mind. verhandlungssicher
- Französisch von sehr großem Vorteil
Language skills:
- At least proficient in German
- At least fluent in English
