job description:
The jobholder will support the Cabin Retrofit organisation by deploying and executing a portfolio planning approach to ensure that all projects are well staffed as well as supported by the subcontractors with desired performance and quality.
- Develop cross project team planning fundamentals which are shared by all team members
- Support the current teams with the frequent updates of the planning
- Coordinate project planning with available departmental resources
- Establish operationel KPIs with subcontractors
- Run monthly performance sessions with subcontractors to ensure quality and performance
- Support the team with project management skills on various topics

- Independent, structured, and results-oriented work in order to schedule appointments on time, coordinate workflows efficiently, and achieve goals on time
- Strong communication skills to work with contacts at all levels and maintain business relationships
- A high degree of persuasiveness and assertiveness, as well as an analytical mindset, in order to effectively represent the respective interests
- Max. 40% home office work after training and in consultation
- Willingness to travel max. 2 times a year for up to 4 days
education / studies:
- Project Management (at least a Bachelor's degree) or
- Engineering (at least a Bachelor's degree) or
- Technical Studies (at least a Bachelor's degree) or
- Business Administration (at least a Bachelor's degree)
professional experience:
- Engineering (at least 1 year)
- Project management (at least 3 years)
- Process planning (at least 1 year)
- Subcontracting management (at least 2 years)
IT:
- At least basic SAP application knowledge
- Google Workspace
knowledge:
- Technical background knowledge is required
- Experience with project management tools
language skills:
- German (at least business fluent)
- English (at least business fluent)
