Senior Account Manager (m/w)
 

Responsibilities:

  • Realization of sales targets (budget, working capital, payment accuracy, stocks) on customer base
  • Customer relationship management
  • Pricing / Forecasting
  • Customer complaint management
  • Project management (realization of customer projects according to our company policy)
  • Acquisition of new customers
  • Strong contact with several internal interfaces, e. g. Customer Service Department, Application Technology, Quality Control

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Economics or Engineering or several years of relevant professional experience
  • Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Fluent in English, an additional language is appreciated
  • Able to manage conflicts and differing priorities
  • Project management experience
  • Open-minded, trustworthy and enthusiastic
  • Strong presenter
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Confident, ambitious and proactive
  • Assertive, flexible
  • Decision-making ability
