job description:
- Manage Supply Chain and Quality topics for dedicated suppliers and work packages to maintain supplier contractual quality compliance, maintain expected level of supplier performance (delivery, quality, industrial risks)
- Be the face of Airbus for the operational performance management towards the supplier
- Analysis of performance deviation and non-conforming items. Root Cause Analysis and corrective action implementation
- Responsibilities will include cross-functional management to develop & qualify new suppliers and products (NPI), to support a streamlined production system with appropriate capacity
- Work with supplier to ensure proper risk mitigation and a continuous improvement approach driven by consistent structured management routines
- Assess new and existing supplier capabilities to meet product, cost, quality, capacity and fulfillment ensuring suppliers are able to meet requirements for performance, quality, cost and delivery of components and requirements for Airbus Supplier Requirements (ASR)
personal requirements:
- The ability to quickly identify and analyze relationships and functionalities
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented work to achieve goals on time and coordinate workflows efficiently
- Strong communication skills to work with contacts at all levels
education / studies:
- Engineering (at least a Bachelor's degree) or
- Business Administration (at least a Bachelor's degree) or
- Supply Chain/Logistics (at least a Bachelor's degree) or
- Supply Chain Quality (at least a Bachelor's degree) or
- Industrial Engineer with a focus on Quality Management or Business Administration (at least a Bachelor's degree)
professional experience:
- Supplier management (at least 2 years)
- Aerospace (at least 1 year)
- Quality management (at least 2 years)
- Quality assurance for at least 2 years
- Supply chain for at least 2 years
- Supply chain/logistics for at least 2 years
- Experience in supply chain at least 2 years
IT:
- MS Office (at least advanced application knowledge)
- SAP (at least advanced application knowledge)
- Google Workspace
knowledge:
- Experience in problem-solving methods and quality standards such as APQP
language skills:
- At least proficient in German
- At least fluent in English
