job description:
The job holder (d/f/m) works as Widebody (A330 & A350) Program Configuration Manager. The focus is on all Widebody standard and customized Changes for Cabin & Cargo including industrial Implementation planning and follow up.
- Consolidate decision elements for the change gates respecting transfunctional and transnational needs
- Act as Product Change Leader/Configuration Management Operational Manager and/or Configuration Management Industrial Integrator within the ICC-ACP (Aircraft Change Process)
- Ensure embodiment of changes
- Good understanding of aspects that determine industrial feasibility and planning, especially Final Assembly Line requirement considerations
- Independent organization and chairmanship of meetings
- Ensure that Engineering Mod closure is running according to the Program schedule
- Decide on the modification scheduling cluster at Decision Board, monitor and update the cluster according to actuals until Mod closure
- Understanding about the Airbus attestation process in our tools from Configuration Management point of view
- Perform gap analysis (Delta1)

- Electrical engineering at least technician/specialist, or
- Aircraft construction at least technician/specialist, or

- Configuration management at least 2 years
- Manufacturing / production at least 1 year
- Aircraft construction at least 2 years
- Aerospace at least 2 years
- Quality management at least 2 years
IT:
- ICC at least in-depth application knowledge
- Google Workspace
knowledges:
- Change management at least good knowledge
- Project management at least good knowledge
- Risk management at least good knowledge
language skills:
- German at least business fluent
- English at least business fluent
