Harness Routing Designer (d/f/m) The organisation is set-up with small teams working based on agile/scrum methodology, in order to fit the dynamic environment and the challenging timeline. People are facing pressure with resilience. Members are highly motivated, engaged with a versatile mind-set fitting well to the innovative and creative expectations from the project. Team is international and diverse with an obvious complementarity among the members
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Design electrical cable bundles in 3D (EHI: Electrical Harness Installation module in CATIA V5)
- Installation studies and positioning of cable bracket (3D)
- Design drawing for production (2D)
- Development of interface drawings between electrical and structural departments (3D)
- Development of cable bundle installations (3D)
- Knowledge of the rules for installing electrical wiring bundle
Transversal activities:
- Conducting impact analyzes when changes need to be made
- Interact with other development departments
- DMU management
- Customer Support (in individual part construction and in FAL)
personal requirements:
- Methodical work in compliance with all rules
- Stress resistant and emergency management
- Able to work in a team and be dynamic
education / studies:
- Engineering at least Bachelor's degree or
- Aerospace at least Bachelor's degree or
- or completed training with further training as a technician and relevant professional experience
professional experience:
- Engineering at least 2 years
IT:
- Catia V5 at least detailed specialist knowledge
further skills:
- Knowledge of Electrical systems
- Design integration knowledge
language skills:
- German at least business fluent
- English at least business fluent
