The jobholder (d/f/m) will work as Category buyer Industrial Consumables and be in charge of the Operational support of Procurement activities on Production Consumables for all european plants of the group.
- Support to buyers for products Catalogues implementation and maintenance
- Support to Internal Customers in the Ordering process
- Support to Suppliers with any operational issues they might face (related to the Purchase Order or the invoice)
personal requirements:
- The ability to solve problems, contribute to improvements and collaborate effectively with team members are key factors
- The ability to quickly recognize and analyze interrelationships and functionalities
- Independent, structured and results-oriented work to achieve goals on time and coordinate work processes efficiently
- Strong communication skills to work with contacts at all levels
education / studies:
- Business Administration (at least a Bachelor's degree) or
- International Management (at least a Bachelor's degree) or
- Supply Chain/Logistics (at least a Bachelor's degree)
professional experience:
- Procurement (at least 2 years)
- Supply Chain/Logistics (at least 2 years)
IT:
- MS Office: Minimum knowledge of detailed functions
- SAP: Minimum detailed specialist knowledge
- Click'n Buy (BySide): Minimum knowledge of detailed functions
- Google Suit
knowledge:
- Data analytical skills desirable
language skills:
- At least proficient in German
- At least fluent in English
- At least proficient in French
