Electrical Engineer for Jigs and Tools in 2nd FAL China (d/f/m) Ref. 10324542
job description:
- Jigs and Tools Technical Project co-leader for a major Station in the 2nd SA Line Project Tianjin China
- Jigs and Tools Project management and monitoring with the suppliers
- Jigs and Tools Design and Manufacturing Data Set: consulting support to suppliers especially regarding electronic parts and systems, follow-up, technical problem solving, acceptance and validation
- Jigs and Tools Manufacturing Acceptance follow-up and supplier inspections. Checking the built status in accordance with Requirements including Electric Norms & Standards (e.g. CE)
- Jigs and Tools definition for Maintenance, Training, re-certification and re-calibration. Coordination with Airbus Maintenance Dept. e.g. for spare parts, version management, compatibility
- On-site support for Installation in the FAL. Monitoring of installed parts and components including functional check with all stakeholders such as Supplier, Operations, J&T, Manuf Engineering
- Jigs and Tools Handover to Operations after Tool User Test and Final acceptance including all the necessary documentation
personal requirements:
- The ability to quickly recognize and analyze technical relationships and functionalities
- Independent, structured and results-oriented work in order to achieve goals on time and coordinate work processes efficiently
- Strong communication skills to work with contacts at all levels
- Willingness to travel is mandatory (approximately 4-5 times per year to China, each lasting approximately 1-3 weeks, as well as 4-5 times within the EU, each lasting approximately 2-5 days)
education / studies:
- Electrical Engineering (at least a Bachelor's degree) or
- Aerospace (at least a Bachelor's degree) or
- Mechanical Engineering (at least a Bachelor's degree) or
- Technical Studies (at least a Bachelor's degree) or
- Electrical Engineering
professional experience:
- Electrical engineering (at least 3 years)
- Electrical engineering/electronics (at least 3 years)
- Jigs & tools (at least 2 years)
- Supplier management (at least 1 year)
- Aerospace (at least 2 years)
- Project management (at least 2 years)
IT:
- Google Workspace is an advantage
knowledge:
- Risk Management at least basic knowledge
- E-Plan is nice to have
- Good understanding of Electrical Schematics and Bill of Materials necessary
language skills:
- German at least beginner level
- English at least business fluent
