In the role of the Inside Sales Specialist Public Sector you are involved in the entire sales cycle from lead processing to contract conclusion. You will mainly be resonsible for customers in the field of federal authorities and continuously expand our existing customer contacts together with the sales team. You understand how to explain our applications and their benefits to our customers convincingly and plausibly and you convince with your communicative and open-minded manner.

You are a reliable and competent contact person for our colleagues as well as for our sales partners and consultants. You develop and carry out sales campaigns and, together with your colleagues from the Inside Sales team, you are also responsible for order management and the sales and administrative support for your colleagues in the key account management.

Your tasks

  • Internal sales for SecurePIM Government - our software for secure mobile communication for authorities and public institutions
  • Dealing with the complete sales cycle from lead processing to contract conclusion
  • Main focus on the support and expansion of existing customers in the environment of the federal authorities
  • Identification and development of new opportunities
  • Support and advice for our sales and contract partners
  • Conception and independent implementation of sales campaigns
  • Ordermanagement and Reporting in Salesforce
  • Coordination and cooperation with our key account managers, consultants and partners

Your profile

  • Successfully completed apprenticeship or studies in the commercial and / or technical area
  • Several years of professional experience in IT sales or partner management
  • Experience with security or mobile workplace solutions or customers in the public-sector is a plus
  • You enjoy lively communication and you have the ability to convincingly explain applications and their benefits
  • Communication skills with a strong customer orientation
  • You enjoy the working environment in a team and you love to take over responsibility
  • The ability to set priorities and act in a structured manner
  • Fluent German and good English skills
