Job description:
- Understand how to operate with Epics, Capabilities, Features, Stories & Defects
- Refine backlog items, drafting stories and tasks the team can estimate and execute on
- Establish order of backlog items based on given priorities and dependencies to other teams of the ART
- Verify readiness of backlog items (stories, defects, features) for acceptance. Ensure completed backlog items follow defined (quality) standards in terms of documentation, testing and DevOps best practices
- Participate and facilitate recurring ceremonies like Product Increment Planning, Iteration Planning, Daily Standup et al.
- Collaborate with Product Managers & Product Owners of ART teams, software vendors, development teams, Airbus departments providing central services (e.g. storage, network, OS et al.)
- Contribute to long-term roadmap planning in collaboration with Product Management, outlining a vision spanning multiple PIs
- Challenge assignment of tasks by Product Mgmt. to own team

Personal requirements:
- Strong communication skills to work with contacts at all levels
- Independent, structured and results-oriented work to plan appointments on time, coordinate work processes efficiently and achieve goals on time
- A high degree of responsibility, resilience and organizational talent
- Home office possible on a maximum of two days a week
Professional experience:
- IT / Information systems und Project management min. over 5 years
IT skills:
- Unix, Windows, Java und SQL min. deep application knowledge
- Python, Agility, former VersionOne initial application knowledge
Qualification:
- Informatic or information management min. Bachelor degree
Knowledge:
- Project management min. very good knowledge
- Process management and IT-Change Management basic knowledge
Language skills:
- German min. versed
- English min. fluent
