job description:
- Moderating and supporting the definition of the communication strategy and ensuring its implementation
- Defining and creation of dashboards for key figures and assuring actuality of data
- Ensuring the visibility of the current processes, methods and tools landscape and coordinating the improvement requirement collection for a future oriented trajectory
- Moderating the stakeholder mapping and management activities
- Leading process improvement projects
- Leading lean deployment in the team (Performance Management, Practical Problem Solving)
- Leading and supporting the creation of new processes (e.g. Innovation, Strategy, Customer Feedback)
- Building strong interface with other domains incl dedicated governance
personal requirements:
- Good communication at all levels of the hierarchy and collaboration skills
- Analytical thinking, quick understanding of systems and processes
- Result-oriented and self-responsible way of working
- Ability and willingness to travel (approx. once a month within Europe)
education / studies:
- Industrial engineering, at least a bachelor's degree or
- Business administration, at least a bachelor's degree or
- Supply chain/logistics, at least a bachelor's degree
professional experience:
- Project management at least 2 years
- Process improvement at least 3 years
- Quality management at least 3 years
- Experience in stakeholder management - at least 3 years
IT:
- SAP at least in-depth application knowledge
- Google Workspace
further skills:
- Change Management at least good knowledge
- Lean Management at least good knowledge
language skills:
- German at least proficient
- English at least business fluent
