This varied role includes:

Establishment and support of an information security
management system
Supervision of IT security in the group
Tracking current market trends in cyber security
Determining vulnerabilities and risk analyses and develop IT
security measures
Management of IT security projects in the group
Management of the IT awareness program in the group
Support of the IT harmonization projects in the group
IT security metrics and reports
Contact person for the business units and subsidiaries in all IT security topics and questions
Exchange and coordination with stakeholders, e.g. data protection team

This is what you bring to our team:

A degree in computer science or an equivalent education
Very good knowledge of security standards (BSI, VDS 10.000, ISO2700x)
Very good knowledge of current cyber threat scenarios
5-10 years of professional experience in the field of IT security
Experience in conducting IT forensic investigations is an advantage
Experience in the assessment and handling of IT security
incidents (true/false and playbooks)
Project management experience and methodological skills
Good knowledge and hands-on experience of IT architectures, systems components (network, infrastructure and applications), patch and lifecycle procedures.
Good knowledge of relevant security components such as firewalls, VM/VRM tools, endpoint protections, SIEM, IOC scanners, and others.
Talent in selling and explaining security measures
High sense of responsibility and independent working style
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management
Good English skills
