Sales Contract Management Support (d/f/m) Ref. 10315023
job description:
- Digital and paper-based archiving of all delivery files and other contractual documents
- Dispatch of delivery documents to various internal functions (Sales and Finance) and external parties (Airline Customers)
- Creation, update and dispatch of notifications for courier services
- Creation and dispatch of notices of delivery including managing and arranging notary appointments & preparing the necessary documents

- The ability to quickly recognize and analyze relationships and functions
- Independent, structured and results-oriented work in order to achieve goals on time
- and to coordinate work processes efficiently
- Strong communication skills in order to work with contacts at all levels

Flexible working hours required: twice a week until 8 p.m. (two employees are responsible for this)
education / studies:
- Office communication clerk, minimum vocational training with many years of professional experience or
- commercial training, minimum vocational training with many years of professional experience
professional experience:
- Secretariat/assistance at least 2 years
- Experience in a secretarial and administrative area required
IT:
- MS Excel at least in-depth application knowledge
- MS Office at least in-depth application knowledge
- Google Workspace
language skills:
- English at least business fluent
- German an advantage
