For our customer in the aerospace industry we are looking for a suitable candidate for the location Manching, Germany starting as soon as possible for the following position:

Human Factors Engineer (SE) (f/m/d) Ref.2022_311

Your responsibilities:

• Pre-design, design, development, validation and verification of complex human-machineinterfaces
• Support to certification according to civil and military regulations
• Application of human factors engineering specific tools and procedures
• Work package responsibility
• Contribution and performance of human factors engineering specific work packages
• Understand and define the interface between Human Factors Engineering and Avionics from different perspectives (HW, SW, Certification, etc.)

Your skills:

• Master / Diploma program Psychology, or Engineering, or Aerospace, or Master in Human Factors Engineering
• Work experience more than 3 years Engineering, Aerospace, Experience in Human Factors Engineering is needed
• Ability to work in an international team
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Self-reliant and systematic way of working
• IT Experience with Graphical User Interface is an advantage
• Business fluent English any other language is a plus
