Sales Manager - Europe m/f/d

Proaxia's passion is Sales and Service and thrives in it. Proaxia & SAP SE have a mutual agreement to co-innovate to build the Next Generation Vehicle Sales and Service Solution (VSS) based on SAP S/4HANA. Proaxia VSS supports a wide range of sales and service business processes for Automotive Dealers, Vehicle manufacturers and related sales subsidiaries, Heavy Equipment’s & Machinery, Used Car Service, Fast Fitter / Brand independent Service, Truck Fleet, EV start up OEMs.

Responsibilities and tasks

  • Primary responsibility is lead generation & build pipeline for proaxia VSS (Product based on S/4HANA)
  • Passionately drive sales of proaxia VSS to meet or exceed sales targets with partners & SAP team
  • You will be responsible for interacting with the local region responsible Partner, drive Partner sales activities, strategies, and manage escalations
  • Negotiate deal pricing with partners/customers
  • Manage and handle contractual related discussions with partners and customers
  • Engaging with business stakeholders by partnering with involved leads on customer side as well as with senior management within proaxia
  • Providing mentorship and development support for peers
  • Working closely with the Product team based on the feedbacks received from the Customer

Your profile

  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong sales focus
  • Excellent coordination and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with partners to achieve end-customer goals
  • Strong communication skills in English and German, both verbal and written
  • Ability to challenge boundaries and drive results
  • Strong capability to build consensus and alignment across different teams and cultures
  • Ability to work independently and exercise discretion in matters of significance
  • Good business network in the automotive industry
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office

Experience

  • 10+ years of sales experience within the automotive retail industry
  • Mandatory background in the automotive retail sector
  • Proven experience in leading acquisition processes and identifying sales opportunities
  • Previous SAP experience is considered an advantage
  • Leading the acquisition process and identifying sales opportunities
