Aufgabenprofil:

Die FMRE-Organisation verwaltet als integrierte konzernweite Funktion die Airbus-Einrichtungen an 40 Standorten in Frankreich, Deutschland, Spanien und Großbritannien und erbringt ein breites Spektrum an Dienstleistungen, u.a. Bau und Konstruktion, technische Instandhaltung von Gebäuden und Infrastruktur, Flugplatzmanagement, Energiemanagement sowie Raummanagement, Catering, Reinigung und Transport.

Es werden ausschließlich englische Lebensläufe berücksichtigt!

• Abstimmung, Einführung und Umsetzung der Supply Chain Steuerung zwischen FMRE und General Procurement, u.a. Überwachung der Supply Chain Performance, Harmonisierung der Vertragsprüfungen
• Einführung der FMRE Supply Chain Strategie und Unterstützung der vertraglichen Roadmap Übersicht
• Harmonisierung des Supply Chain Performance Systems (KPI) für FMRE, u.a. Konsolidierung der Leistungszahlen der FMRE Service Lines; Unterstützung der FMRE Service Lines bei der Erstellung von technischen Spezifikationen und KPIs, inkl. Follow-up während der Implementierungsphase
• Konsolidierung der Gesamtleistungsanalyse der FMRE-Supply Chain und Unterstützung der digitalen Entwicklung für das Supply Chain Management
• Unterstützung der Qualitätsbewertung während des Ausschreibungsprozesses (Call for Tender, CFT)
• Förderung der Supply Chain-Grundlagen durch Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Richtlinien, Leitung von Supply Chain-Sensibilisierungsveranstaltungen und Training Sessions für FMRE-Teams

Task profile:

The FMRE organization, as an integrated group-wide function, manages Airbus facilities at 40 locations in France, Germany, Spain, and the United Kingdom and provides a wide range of services, including construction and engineering, technical maintenance of buildings and infrastructure, airfield management, energy management, space management, catering, cleaning, and transport.

• Coordination, introduction, and implementation of supply chain management between FMRE and General Procurement, including monitoring supply chain performance and harmonizing contract reviews
• Implementation of the FMRE Supply Chain Strategy and support of the contractual roadmap Overview
• Harmonization of the Supply Chain Performance System (KPI) for FMRE, including consolidation of performance indicators for FMRE service lines; support for FMRE service lines in the creation of technical specifications and KPIs, including follow-up during the implementation phase
• Consolidation of the FMRE supply chain's overall performance analysis and support of digital development for supply chain management
• Support of quality assessment during the call for tender (CFT) process
• Promoting supply chain fundamentals by creating and updating guidelines, leading supply chain awareness events, and training sessions for FMRE teams
