job description:
Perform the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the respective department timely and efficiently, thereby contributing to a successful team performance and the achievement of objectives.
Accountabilities:
- Perform a range of administrative and organisational tasks, including calendar management, document handling, note-taking, and preparation and follow-up of correspondence.
- Support meeting organisation, follow-up on action points, and contribute to internal and external communication.
- Ensure the proper filing, accessibility, and handling of sensitive information in line with EASA procedures.
- Carry out accurate and timely data entry and contribute to process improvements and documentation updates.
