Senior SAP Consultants for Support / AMES (PL)

For our support team in Wrocław we are looking for Senior SAP Support Consultants. As an SAP Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert support and troubleshooting assistance for SAP applications within our customers organization. We are looking for seniors with deep understanding of Customer Service or standard logistics modules, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication with key-users and other stakeholders of our international customers.

Responsibilities and tasks

  • 2nd level support for SAP users in various countries (Ticket based)
  • 3rd level support for SAP standard modules, custom adjustments and proaxia products
  • Detailed problem analysis (debugging, customization) to develop solution proposals
  • Implementation of small projects and change requests in response to specific customer needs
  • Data and system administration
  • Maintaining the customer relationship for support topics
  • Regular data analysis and reporting on tickets
  • Fostering the growth of juniors in the team

Your profile

  • 5+ years of experience as SAP Consultant or SAP Supporter
  • Deep knowledge and experience in 1 of areas below:

    • Customer Service processes, CS/PM/FSM know how ⮕ 
    you will support customers in the area of the Field Service Management & FSM connector

    Logistics and SD, MM modules ⮕ 
    your expertise will be crucial for providing support for our various clients
    • Fluent English & Polish
    • An open mind focused on excellent customer service
    • Open to learn new modules and processes, readiness to broaden knowledge and go deep into details within our solutions
    • High-level communication skills and a team-oriented approach
    • Experience with MS Office
    • German would be an asset
