For our customer in the aerospace industry we are looking for a suitable candidate for the location Finkenwerder, Germany starting as soon as possible for the following position:

 PMBP Industrial Projects (f/m/d) Ref.2022_095

Your responsibilities:

• Drive proactively the running activities, meeting routines and ensure proper project implementation in time
• Set-up the project, related streams and governance (Organization Breakdown Structure/Work Breakdown Structure)
• Lead autonomously project streams and facilitate the Project Leader
• Advise and deploy Project Management processes, methods, tools
• Drive key operational activities such as Reviews, Steercos, Projects Follow Up etc.
• Track Capex / Opex budgets and the ordering process (click and buy tool)
• Act as Stakeholder Manager and foster mindset at operational and management levels
• Ensure consistency of target setting for all stakeholders involved
• Manage project interdependencies and risks
• Coaching Project Leader and Project Team in Project Management
• Implement the new PPM tool and ensure a sustainable project portfolio
  

Your skills:

• At least a Bachelor's degree Engineering, or Industrial engineering, or at least Bachelor's degree programor Aeronautics and astronautics
  
• At least over 2 years work experience  Manufacturing / Production, Interface Management, Aerospace, Project Management, and Project Management Certification is an advantage, Experience in Production environment, production governances and processes, Experience in Facility Management and Jigs & Tools processes will be a plus
• Team player with willingness to share and learn with and from the group
• Flexibility in solution finding and open-minded for continuous improvement
• Open-mindedness, creativity and customer orientation
• Strong communication skills on all working levels
  
• At least knowledge of detail functions MS-Project and Google Workspace
  
• At least business fluent German and English
