Within the "Supply Chain" center, the "Supply Chain Engineering and Support" department is responsible for defining and deploying the supply chain model and principles, supporting industrial sectors in terms of processes, methodologies, data, and tools, and strengthening operational teams during challenging times. In this context, the department is recruiting a "Material Chaser (d/f/m)".
The "Material Chaser" has the following missions/activities and is responsible for:
Ensuring the availability of items expected by production:
- Contributing to the planning and prioritization of production orders (OF) by providing daily updates on the status of expected items
- Contributing to or leading the update of items expected in production according to OF priorities
- Communicating the “item” priorities to relevant stakeholders (buyers, supply chain managers, logisticians, quality control)
- Identifying and addressing blockers (or leading their resolution), both physical and data/document-related, across the entire chain (from the initial need for the expected item to its availability in stock "available for workshop") to ensure consistency between physical flows and data flows
- Preparing and communicating an action plan to various stakeholders, and actively participating in daily management meetings
- Identifying the causes of dysfunction and proposing corrective actions consistent with MRP2 principles and the "production pull" model
To carry out these tasks, the Material Chaser will be located close to the production unit they support, ideally on a platform bringing together the various roles that contribute to ensuring items are available for production.

- Fluent English skills are essential
education / studies:
- Comparable qualification (minimum vocational training) or
- Supply Chain/Logistics (minimum vocational training)
professional experience:
- Aerospace: at least 3 years
- Product development: at least 3 years
- Production planning and control: at least 3 years
- Process planning: at least 3 years
- Process improvement for at least 3 years
- Quality assurance for at least 3 years
- Supply chain for at least 3 years
- Technical documentation for at least 3 years
IT:
- MS Office: Minimum knowledge of detailed functions
- SAP: Minimum knowledge of detailed functions
language skills:
- At least fluent in German
- At least proficient in English
