The Role Includes
- Developing and support Service Partners network over the country to increase sales
- Managing technical claims and coordinating corrective actions related to warranty
- Selling service contracts as well as spare parts
- Improving and optimizing processes and procedures continuously
- Active cooperation in ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ensuring repair targets in terms of lead time, quality and costs
- Handling critical customer complaints
- Leading a team of sales and technical staff
Your Profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from Technical University e.g. mechanical or electrical engineering
- Deep understanding of the local market with relevant professional experience in building technology - field experience is preferred
- Experience in management of Sales Service contracts
- Ability to coordinate installations and start ups
- Customer service: dedicated to meet expectations and requirements of internal and external customers. Use customers’ information for improvement of products and services.
- Having product and applications knowledge related to preventive and corrective maintenance as well as repairs and installation & startup of equipment of automatic doors: sliding, hinged, rotary and window actuation motors knowledge would be an advantage
- Good planning and organizational skills: ability to priotize, manage workload and meeting deadlines
- Interpersonal savvy: builds constructive and effective relationships to win internal / external customers
- Fluency in Romanian and in English, German would be an advantage
- Aptitude to travel within Romania (~60% of time)
- Strong technical skills
