We are looking for a new employee for our company Ricoh International for the Industrial Optical Systems Division. This position is based in Duesseldorf and reports directly to the Gereral Manager. The sales administrator is assisting our sales division in different areas to support our sale of industrial components like optics.

Expert administrator (f/m/d) - Sales support

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Processing offers/ orders, answer requests regarding delivery and stock with appropriately manner
  • Frequently reporting e.g. sale forecast, sales report and inventory report with Navision (ERP system)
  • Arrange promotions like exhibitions, catalogues, press releases, magazine and web sites
  • Provide various kind of support like registering products, issuing PO, act with customer questionnaires, compliance with environmental regulation

  • Qualifications:

    • Vocational college or university degree in Business Administration
    • Around 3 years of working experience in the relevant Business Administration area
    • Excellent English and German language skills, both in verbal and written communication
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive relationships at all levels
