Retrofit Supply Chain Manager (d/f/m) - befriste für 12 Monate Ref.10253475
Your responsibilities:
The jobholder (d/f/m) works as a Retrofit Supply Chain Manager (In-Service) and is responsible among
others, for following the retrofit supply chain scenario and inventory strategy for kits as well as for the
material availability.
English CVs are required!
- Input for Kit Factory production on all retrofits with kits
- Execute all demands from customer orders or requested as per pre-planning process for kits
- Establish material needs based on data engineering input while taking logistical rules into account
as inventory targets, volume, supply chain capacities, sales
- Follows up and monitors each retrofit ensuring on time and on quality delivery of kits in accordance
with customer request by:
- Handle Customer Orders to steer downstream activities for kits
- Coordinate with Supply Officer and Scheduling Department (Kit Factory) the On Time Delivery on
any sub-component material required
- Analyze customer deliveries and suggest updates on forecasts as well as collaborate with the
Retrofit Manager
- Customer Claim Management (kits)
- Scheduling of production work orders (work order management) by:
- Planning of work orders (and rework orders) and coordination of work order priorities with Kit
Factory
- Prepare inputs for pre-planning reviews and revise inventory strategy
- Contribute to Standard lead time definition for any retrofit with kits requirements
Personal requirements:
- The ability to quickly recognize and analyze connections and functionality
- Independent, structured and result-oriented work in order to achieve goals on time
and coordinate work processes efficiently
- Strong communication skills to work with contacts at all levels
Studies:
- Supply Chain / Logistics at least Bachelor's degree course
or
- Economics at least Bachelor's degree
Professional experience:
- Scheduling/material procurement at least over 2 years
- Supplier management for at least 2 years
- Supply Chain / Logistics at least over 2 years
- Operational procurement
IT:
- MS-Excel at least in-depth application knowledge
- SAP at least in-depth application knowledge
- Google Workspace
knowledges:
- Risk management at least good knowledge
Language Skills:
- At least business fluent in English
