Job overview
Perform the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the Partner Relationships Section timely, efficiently, and accurately, thereby contributing to a successful team performance and the achievement of objectives.
Main tasks:
- Support the EASA outsourcing process through issuance of purchase orders, processing activity reports and invoices.
- Process the expert change notifications of National Aviation Authorities.
- Provide assistance for the accreditation of Qualified Entities procedure.
Minimum Requirements:

Good Knowledge of MS Office and particularly Excel

Good organisation skills

Good written & spoken English - Level C1
