Supply Officer (d/f/m) - Cabin Commodity Equipment, Fabrics & Emergency Ref. 10295674
Job description:
- Order equipment and parts within all business models
- Check and follow up on order on-time and on-quality deliveries and manage the related data in ERP system
- Acts as a focal point for all supply chain topics within a defined supplier portfolio
- Launch AOG transport in case of urgent deliveries
- Monitor inventory level and stock turns based on defined targets
- Reduce missing parts shortages and contribute to risk management
- Lead continuous improvements and carry out root cause analysis in case needed
Personal requirements:
- Positive, pro-active and customer-oriented working style and ability to develop and propose creative solutions
- Flexible, able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and successfully deal with unexpected situations
- Structured way of working and very good communication, presentation and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel (1-2x per year)
Professional experience:
- Disposition / Materialbeschaffung, Lieferantenmanagement und Supply Chain / Logistics mind. über 2 Jahre
IT skills:
- SAP min. deep application knowledge
- Google Workspace
Qualification:
- Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain / Logistics min. Bachelor's degree
Language skills:
- German and English min. fluent
