Structural Analysis Engineer Static/Fatigue (d/m/w) Ref. 10318734
job description:
- Creation of analysis models, static and F&DT calculations, reports and studies for aircraft structures for all Airbus programs (A350XWB, A320 Family, A330 Family and next generation Aircraft Programs)
- Prepare the definition of analysis methods and specifications
- Check and approve of internally and externally created analysis data and documentation
- Check relevant input to design for the creation of drawings for manufacturing and support other functions (i.e.: production, customer support) as needed
- Technical guidance of the sub-contracting companies providing structure analysis work
- Apply airworthiness regulations, relevant design principles, processes, methods and manufacturing capabilities guidelines for safe operation of the Product with respect to structural integrity and operational effectiveness;
- Define, interpret and validate structural tests for certification
- Creation and monitoring of project plans, project performance and reporting
- Collaborate and communicate with relevant stakeholders (design, project, manufacturing)

education / studies:
- Engineering (at least a Bachelor's degree) or
- Aerospace (at least a Bachelor's degree) or

professional experience:
- Fatigue and damage tolerance for at least 3 years
- Stress engineer for at least 3 years
IT:
- Python: at least in-depth application knowledge
- Catia V5: at least in-depth application knowledge
- Nastran: at least in-depth application knowledge
- Google Workspace
qualifications:
- Knowledge of numerical calculations (finite element modeling with Altair Hyperworks and Nastran or similar) is desirable.
- Solid knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python) and data analysis is desirable.
language skills:
- At least proficient in German
- At least fluent in English
