job description:
The Jobholder (d/f/m) will work as Master Data Specialist.
- Responsible for creation, data administration and actualization of master data in cooperation with internal and external customer (data supplier), for the respective division
- Ensure Airbus and aviation-legals defaults are observed
- Analyse all master data issues and propose sustainable solutions to improve the overall data quality
- Collaboration with the Master Data Management Process Owner Delegate to enrich the process documentation in case of lack of documentation
- Contribute to the creation of Supporting Documents and Working Instructions and enable the Master Data Coordinators to perform operational master data maintenance by following documented processes
- Represent the master data management function in projects to ensure compliance and alignment with existing processes including providing expertise about the best use of master data in the functions
personal requirements:
- Independent, structured and results-oriented work in order to plan appointments on time, coordinate work processes efficiently and achieve goals on time
- Strong communication skills in order to work with contacts at all levels
- and maintain business relationships
education / studies:
- Business Informatics at least Bachelor's degree or
- Industrial Engineering at least Bachelor's degree or
- Economics at least Bachelor's degree
professional experience:
- Quality management at least 2 years
- Supply chain / logistics at least 2 years
IT:
- SAP/R3 at least in-depth application knowledge
- G Suite, JIRA, Confluence
further skills:
- Change management at least basic knowledge
- Lean management at least basic knowledge
- Process management at least basic knowledge
- PPS Practical Problem Solving an advantage
- Good analytical skills are essential!
language skills:
- German at least business fluent
