For our customer in the aerospace industry we are looking for a suitable candidate for the location Hamburg, Germany starting as soon as possible for the following position:
In Service Engineer Support (f/m/d) Ref. 2019_620
Your responsibilities:
- Being the contact person for production and maintenance customer teams
- Actively supporting production and maintaining robots to meet expected production rate
- Identifying and analyzing root causes of technical issues and searching for suitable solutions
- Liaison with customers to resolve inquiries and provide reliable solutions
- Making suggestions for continuous improvement
- Reporting of technical status of machine
- Drafting reports to the management
Your skills:
- Holding a degree in an Engineering field (Mechatronics and automation is a plus) or a related field to Robotics
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings
- A solid understanding of basic electrical and mechanical control systems (Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues that may cross over into the electrical and hardware domain)
- A solid understanding of network communications protocol theory
- Interest to mentor and support the production and maintenance operators in technical tasks
- Ability to write and update technical documentation for maintenance and operator and to draft reports
- Knowledge with aero structure manufacturing companies is considered as a plus
- Stress resistency and Solution/Client orientation
- Experience to work on customer field
- Proficientcy in Microsoft Office and self-motivated to use and learn different type of softwares (Metrology, Camera, Motion controller, CAD etc..)
- Very good command of German and English, French is a plus and nice to have but NOT A MUST
