job description:
- Facilitate all Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) effectively
- Coach the team, Product Owner and organization on Agile principles and practices
- Remove impediments and protect the team from distractions
- Foster a self-organizing, collaborative, and high-performing team environment
- Guide the team in prioritizing the most valuable goals and delivering Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)
- Adapt to changing priorities and project requirements, pivoting or persevering as needed
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency
- Track and visualize relevant Scrum metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Promote continuous improvement and learning within the team

- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Empathetic and patient approach to coaching and mentoring team members
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements
education / studies:
- Computer Science (at least a Bachelor's degree) or
- Technical Studies (at least a Bachelor's degree) or
- Business Information Systems (at least a Bachelor's degree)
professional experience:
- Assistant experience (at least 2 years)
- Project management experience (at least 3 years)
- Affinity to AI and digitalization desirable
IT:
- Google Workspace
further skills:
- Process management (at least good knowledge)
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile methods (e.g., Kanban)
language skills:
- German (at least business fluent)
