In Gdansk we are searching for a

Business Process Management Subject Matter Expert (m/f) 

  • The purpose of the Business Process Management (BPM) Hub Subject Matter Expert (SME) is to setup, migrate data, clean up content, and to administer the BPM Hub, reports, macros, semantic checks, and queries.

  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Assist in scoping, defining, and creating requirements, including user requirements, for scripts, macros, and queries
    • Conceptualising the required BPM Hub scripts, macros, and queries
    • Develop, update, test and improve the necessary BPM Hub scripts, macros, and queries
    • Developing quality assurance scripts and methods to ensure the architecture is modelled according to the appropriate methodology.
    • Administration of BPM Hub reports, Macros, semantic checks, and queries
    • Responsible for method management, user management on UMC (User Management Console)
    • Understanding the business’ requirement to create reports/ macros
    • Conducting post implementation evaluation against set criteria, identifying problem areas, and recommending corrective actions
    • Work with the business teams in understanding and setting-up process content based on project specific requirements
    • Completion of macros, reports, and queries according to agreed KPIs

    • Qualifications:

      • Understanding of Business process management basics with hands on process modelling experience
      • Tools: ARIS BPM tool Set V9.8 – ARIS Business Architect, Business designer, ARIS Express, Process Governance
      • Excellent in ARIS Administration and Method Configuration – User Management, License management, Filter and Template management
      • Solid knowledge in ARIS Scripts, macros, and Semantic checks
      • Proficiency in ARIS (preferable) or any other process mapping tool
      • Experience in ARIS server administration
      • Strong technical and analytical skills and attention to detail
        3 – 5 years work experience on ARIS or similar tools
