job description:
- Ensure the conformity of a product/service with quality requirements and support on-time and on-cost delivery by delivering right first time to increase customer loyalty
- Lead and drive the resolution of complex quality issues and continuous improvement project or initiatives by setting the measurement standards and identifying or facilitating improvements to increase
- Process performance and product adherence to standards
- Reliability of processes
- Repeatability of processes, at initial design phase, before any process changes are made and continuously through the life of a product
- Responsibility for quality processes, performance and transformation of Airbus / Satair materials management services (process definition and maintenance, process adherence, process improvement, performance management, digitization)
- Leading the local process footprint, while contributing to the global, and in close collaboration with local operations teams (quality, warehouse, customer troubleshooting)
- focal point of ASOQX in various MFTs

- Strong interpersonal skills in communication
education / studies:
- Aerospace (at least a Bachelor's degree) or
- Technical studies (at least a Bachelor's degree)
professional experience:
- Process improvement for at least 3 years
- Quality management for at least 3 years
- Quality assurance for at least 3 years
IT:
- SAP minimum knowledge of detailed functions
- Google Workspace
knowledge:
- Change Management at least basic knowledge
- KAIZEN at least basic knowledge
- Lean Management at least good knowledge
- Process management at least good knowledge
- Skywise
- IT Development knowledge / coding
- Logistics experience is an advantage
language skills:
- English at least business fluent
