Non conformance Manager for Spare Parts (d/f/m) Ref. 10271947
job description:
The Jobholder (d/f/m) will work as a Non conformance Manager for Spare Parts.
- Manage quality related supplier discrepancy reports and claims
- Manage Customer claims E2E in the scope of Spare Parts/Aftersales market
- Support the resolution of operational issues from a quality persepctive
- Support Customer facing teams to resolve quality issues in a timely manner for eg. Aircraft on Ground orders
- Participate in audits to demonstrate Satair processes in the scope of Spare Parts and Kits
- Manage, train, coach, motivate the global quality expert network
personal requirements:
- Team player with excellent communication skills to collaborate with different reference persons
- Assertive and customer-oriented person
- Able to analyse complex problems, situations and find suitable solutions
education / studies:
- Aircraft construction at least Bachelor's degree, or
- Aerospace at least Bachelor's degree, or
- Technical studies at least Bachelor's degree
professional experience:
- Engineering at least 2 years
- Aircraft construction at least 2 years
- Quality management at least 2 years
- Quality assurance at least 2 years
IT:
- SAP at least in-depth application knowledge
- zamiz at least basic application knowledge
- Google Workspace is an advantage
further skills:
- Airbus experience is an advantage
- Experience in customer service is an advantage
- Experience with SAP AP1 is an advantage
language skills:
- German at least proficient
- English at least business fluent
