Contingent Workforce Supply Chain Manager (d/f/m) Ref. 10331694
job description:
- Support the coordination of contingent workforce subcontracting activities together with Procurement and other main stakeholders
- Participate to work specifications definition for subcontracting of Employment/recruitment services and tools
- Support key stakeholders ensuring alignment and buy-in of harmonized processes
- Support follow-up of subcontracted Recruitment activities (tools and services) in line with defined performance measurement applicable to Suppliers
- Participate in implementing appropriate performance indicators for services subcontracted
- Support implementation of best-performing solutions and continuous improvement initiatives for subcontracted services
- Actively participate to the implementation to the Vendor Management System_MSP Project
personal requirements:
- Ability to manage stakeholders, internal customers and to work with multifunctional teams
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Good collaboration with different stakeholders (within team and external)
- Sensitive to customer needs to develop good client relationships
education / studies:
- Business Administration (at least a Bachelor's degree) or
- Economics (at least a Bachelor's degree)
professional experience:
- Human resources at least 3 years
IT:
- Knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage
knowledge:
- Change management (at least basic knowledge)
- Project management (at least good knowledge)
- Process management (at least good knowledge)
- Risk management (at least basic knowledge)
- Airbus knowledge is an advantage
language skills:
- German (at least business fluent)
- English (at least business fluent)
