job description:
Perform the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the International Cooperation Department timely, efficiently, and accurately, thereby contributing to a successful team performance and the achievement of objectives.
Accountabilities
- Managing incoming correspondence and process documents while ensuring deadlines are respected.
- Facilitate co-ordination and communication
- Support the smooth running of meetings through ensuring alignment with the meeting owner
- Support in the processes of communication and networking between different services and/or Directorates/Departments/Sections and with external stakeholders
- Support the use of the electronic document management system
Specifically applicable to this call:
- Support International Cooperation Project Managers and Project Operational Managers in the implementation of the agreed project work plan.
- Assist to budget, finance, procurement and contract management, in close liaison with the specialized services and under the supervision of the Project Manager and Project Operational Manager.
