For our customer in the aerospace industry we are looking for a suitable candidate for the location Finkenwerder, Germany starting as soon as possible for the following position:

Project Manager Business Partner for Aircraft Integration (d/f/m)  Ref.2022_519

The jobholder will work as Industrial Assembly Specialist (d/f/m) in a transnational team located in 8 different sites in 4 countries. The overall responsibilities will involve the management of Assembly Technology projects in different Production sites, representation of Manufacturing Engineering in Multi Functional Teams and involvement in Airbus wide projects on Assembly processes. The jobholder is furthermore responsible for the following tasks:


Your responsibilities:

• Planning and peparing meetings as well as moderating them
• Communication between the different teams and hierachical level
• Keeping track of and ensuring the compliance of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Preparing of relevant data
• Informing and interacting with the internal and external stakeholders

Your skills:

• Bachelor's degree in project management, aircraft construction, aerospace or busines administration
  
• At least 3 years professional experience in change management, project management, quality management
• basic knowledge in risk management
  
  
• Independent, structured and result-oriented work and good analytical skills
• A high degree of persuasiveness and assertiveness to represent the relevant interests
• Strong communication skills to work with contacts at all levels and maintain business relationships
• Willingness for occasional business trips
  
  
• Google Suite  would be an advantage
• business fluent English and German, french would be an advantage
  
  
• CV´s are required in English!
