Quality Conformance Manager cross FAL A320 (d/f/m) - limited until July 2028 Ref. 10330515
job description:
- Contribute to the VSM (Value Stream Management) performance governance focus NC (Non-Conformities) eradication
- Monitor and analyse cross FAL NC trends und drivers
- Propose, initiate and manage a portfolio of NC topics with a cross FAL perspective
- Participate to the Outerskin project governance running in line with LBIP (Lifecycle for Business Improvement Projects) project management principles
- Secure improved Fuselage outerskin defect (including dents and scratches) identification via optimised inspection planning
- Contribute to better defect documentation all along the industrial build process via defect criteria definition and awareness as well as relevant tool deployment
- Monitor and analyse cross FAL outerskin defect trends/drivers (weekly and monthly)
- Address, initiate and drive a portfolio of action plans related to outerskin defects in a cross FAL perspective
- Contribute to the Cross FAL standardisation strategy and governance related to Quality processes (Control Plan, Operational surveillance, Practical problem solving)

- The ability to quickly recognize and analyze relationships and functions
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented work to achieve goals on time and coordinate workflows efficiently
- Strong communication skills to work with contacts at all levels
education / studies:
- Aircraft Engineering (at least a Bachelor's degree) or
- Engineering (at least a Bachelor's degree) or
- Aerospace (at least a Bachelor's degree) or
- Mechanical Engineering (at least a Bachelor's degree)
professional experience:
- Engineering (at least 3 years)
- Manufacturing Engineering (at least 3 years)
- Process Improvement (at least 3 years)
- Quality Management (at least 3 years)
IT:
- SAP knowledge of at least detailed functions
- Good knowledge of Skywise is required
