job description:
The jobholder (d/f/m) will work as Supply Chain Logistics Manager.
- Enabling the process execution by establishing the right industrial environment, by steering service providers, attending projects about new storage or transportation systems and defining standards and material flows for Fuhlsbüttel and Wilhelmsburg
- Run the operational business and projects in the area of Warehousing, Transportation and Packaging, including the support in Call for tenders for subcontracted areas
- Creation and follow up of processes, monitoring aligned KPIs and having daily exchanges with the service providers
- Design new warehouse layouts, planning material flows and dimensioning storage systems
- Provide knowledge and expertise
personal requirements:
- Independent, structured and results-oriented work in order to plan appointments on time, coordinate work processes efficiently and achieve goals on time
- Strong communication skills in order to work with contacts at all levels
- A high degree of persuasiveness and assertiveness in order to represent the respective interests well
education / studies:
- Industrial engineering, at least a bachelor's degree or
- Business administration, at least a bachelor's degree or
- Supply chain/logistics, at least a bachelor's degree
professional experience:
- Supplier management at least 2 years
- Quality management at least 2 years
- Supply chain / logistics at least 2 years
- Contract management at least 2 years
IT:
- SAP at least basic application knowledge
- Google Workspace
further skills:
- Lean management at least basic knowledge

language skills:
