Process Planning Engineer for FAL SA Digital Transformation (d/m/w) Ref. 10328668
job description:
- Co-responsible for performance and monitoring of Process, Method, Tools & Data (PMTD) within the PSE (Production System Efficiency) & Digitalization organization for the A320 family Final Assembly Lines (FALs)
- Act as a focal point for the Final Assembly Line (FAL) Standard Line Balancing (SLB) Community to develop competencies across FALs Monitor Process Planning maturity, identify opportunities of improvement and launch associated initiatives
- Ensure alignment of solutions with the business requirements collected from the A320 family FALs and Airbus Processes, reduce IT landscape complexity with a focus on sustainability and efficiency of processes
- Contribute to the specification of the business needs and follow the development of the solutions
- Identify the Business Representatives from each A320 Family FAL needed to contribute to the various steps of a new solution
- Coordinate their involvement when required to validate the various milestones
- Develop and Implement a deployment strategy as well as governance across the A320 Family FALs to secure user friendly and process confirm tools accepted by operations
- Secure the validation process of the benefits from each solution with the impacted business functions
- Preparation an execution of Milestone Review Meetings for the relevant scope as well as continuous reporting to stakeholders on different hierarchical levels
- Lead and manage transversal deployment & coaching teams
- Change management plan
- Drive synergies for A320 FALs
personal requirements:
- Ability to understand user needs and represent customer needs
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented work to schedule appointments on time, efficiently coordinate workflows, and achieve goals on time
- Strong communication skills to work with contacts at all levels
- Confident and competent demeanor and a quick grasp of the situation
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes
education / studies:
- Technical studies (at least a Bachelor's degree) or
- Industrial engineering (at least a Bachelor's degree)
professional experience:
- Production planning and control for at least 3 years
- Process improvement for at least 3 years
IT:
qualifications:
- Experience in digital/IT project management
knowledge:
- Project management at least basic knowledge
language skills:
- German (at least business fluent)
- English (at least business fluent)
- French is an advantage
