The Role Includes
- Managing and leading marketing department including the marketing budget, coordination and strategic orientation of marketing and develop the marketing assistant.
- Responsible for cross-media brand positioning and conception and implementation of advertising campaigns for brand and products.
- Responsibility, preparation and management of international internal and external communication measures (e.g. press, brochures, trade fairs, showroom, events, newsletter, social media, video).
- Regular measurement of KPIs to optimise measures and identify new trends and implementation ideas.
- Interaction with GEZE GmbH Global Marketing team including regular interaction at the virtual platform Global Marketing meeting.
- Close co-operation with sales and management (Organise all aspects of the company National Sales Conference, create annual price lists).

- Regular interaction and reporting platforms with Sales & Marketing Director and GEZE UK Senior Management team.
Your Profile
- Digital Marketing Qualification.
- Clear copywriting & editing skills, conceptual strength combined with hands-on mentality and creativity as well as customer centricity.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital Tools.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage your own time and work on your own initiative.
- High level of personal commitment, enthusiasm for your topics and creative drive as well as a strategic and goal-orientated way of thinking and working.
