Process Operations Management Support (d/f/m) Ref. 10313761
Aufgabenprofil:
- Support at protecting the Airbus Production Organization Approval (POA), working at and fostering the interface between engineering and manufacturing engineering
- Coordinating trans-functional project applications within the ME technical authority domain and beyond
- Support the regular Design organisation Approval (DOA) / POA board to align relevant process issues and risks
- Ensuring close communication and relationship with Digital Industrial Ops and Quality audits team to secure circularity between DOA and POA views and processes
- Interface with other modules such as DDMS, Skywise, Digital Industrial Operations and Operational Excellence and Performance Management
- Supporting dedicated look across for process compliance and adherence demonstrations
- Providing operational feedback to process owners and process operational managers to improve the processes, coordinate with related projects
- Align activities with the ME community
- Supports ad-hoc crisis management
- Multi-disciplinary interactions with all Airbus POA related Airbus subsidiaries (including new companies for structure assembly - ASA), manufacturing engineering, engineering, programs, quality, procurement, supply chain, customers, suppliers etc.)
- Align activities with the ME community
- Visibility on process adherence risk mitigation and recovery through dedicated projects and alignment with engineering technical authorities
- Awareness of issues, risks and associated mitigations within the ME community
- Topic repository and prioritization for continuous improvement of manufacturing processes
- Support to audit management and on-time action closure
- Relevant project management deliverables
Persönliche Anforderungen:

- Able to analyse complex processes, problems and situations and react accordingly
Berufsausbildung:
- Aircraft construction at least Bachelor's degree or
- Engineering at least Bachelor's degree or
- Technical studies at least Bachelor's degree
Berufserfahrung:
- Aircraft construction at least 2 years
- Aerospace at least 2 years
- Manufacturing engineering at least 2 years
IT:
Kenntnisse:
- Process management at least good knowledge
Sprachkenntnisse:
- German at least business fluent
- English at least business fluent
